Glen Baxter

Born in Leeds, Baxter was trained at the Leeds College of Art. From 1967-74 he teached at Victoria & Albert Museum, London, in 1974-86 at Goldsmith's College London. Nicknamed Colonel Baxter his artwork has appeared in The NewYorker, Vanity Fair and The Independent on Sunday. His drawings and paintings are in the collections of the Tate Gallery and Victoria & Albert Museum in London and numerous museums and private collections around the world.
